Door Skins ( Panels)

High quality wood is used in the production of Door Skins. Procurement of high quality wood is the first and most important phase of high quality panel. Wood is converted into fiber by going through refinery process. Fibres are mixed with glue and other chemicals and laid. Panels are shaped in multi-layered presses giving its shapes the panels are packaged after sizing and prepainting processes. Door Skins has an aesthetic look with its texture of plain and wood patterns. Door Skins panels produced with a choice of 2,3,4,6 panels are supplied to the customers with double layer waterbased primer, which is suitable for all kinds of finishing paints and varnishes. Primer paint used has “antimetal marking” feature that prevents black metalic scratches which may occur during the production. In places where lack of space is a problem, easy solutions are achieved in room divisions and wardrobes with bi-folded Door Skins panels. Glass can be applied to panels when extra light is needed in the room.Production of Door Skins doorpanels are monitored in detail in all production phases and thus standart quality is achieved
