The veneers which have been obtained from the healthy logs by peeling process with the latest machinery, are laid onto each other with their grains perpendicularly and pressed under high pressure with the resin suitable for the purpose of use and in the thicknesses required. Plywood panels are preferred in furniture industry as well as in the different areas due to their lightness, load bearing capacity and resistancy against humidity

Wire Mesh has been in our markets for a long time now, its use was restricted but over the years many people have adopted it for specialized works.

Our Skidproof Plywood is made using the same high density BIRCH WOOD veneer and Finlandia 240 gr/m2 Film.

The Skipproof design can depend on the wire mesh used to produce the plywood. The mesh design can be on both the sides or on one side, with the other side either being plain raw plywood or filmed plywood.

Skidproof Plywood is produced with mature timber giving it very high strength and durability. The glue used to produce Wire Mesh has a Phenol content of over 93%.

Skidproof Plywood can be used for container flooring, ship decks, truck flooring and many other places where heavy duty vehicles or excessive wear and tear occurs.

The main reason on using Skidproof it to give the Plywood an anti slip surface. By high pressure when the wire mesh is pressed against the plywood at a high temperature it creates a mesh kind impression, which is not smooth and make a good anti slip surface.
